Summary of New Features in this Release
Autotask LaunchPad
CrushBank now offers a LaunchPad to retrieve information related to the ticket you are working on directly on the Ticket View page in Autotask.
When you click the search button within the LaunchPad, a new tab will open CrushBank and automatically search for documentation related to the ticket you are working on.
Configuration requires you to create a new API User and link it to the CrushBank - Helpdesk integration. For detailed steps, please reference the following link:
HaloPSA Integration
CrushBank now offers a managed integration with HaloPSA, allowing you to bring in tickets, assets, and KBAs from HaloPSA.
In addition, you can embed CrushBank directly within a ticket tab in HaloPSA so you can reference related documentation directly within the ticket.
