Crushbank now offers an admin utility to setup your ticket classifications per service board. The Ticket Classifier allows you to automatically populate Type and Subtype fields on your Connectwise tickets using CrushBank's AI and the contents of your ticket.

Keyword Search
Crushbank now offers the ability to match exact words / phrases within a search query. By using double quotes within part of your search, you can ensure that every result will contain that exact phrase.
eg. "Windows 2012 Server" is having issues with Active Directory
The search above will ensure that the full phrase "Windows 2012 Server" will be included in the result set. This will allow your users to better drill down into search results.
