      Utilization Metrics and Reporting

      CrushBank offers a couple options for accessing utilization metrics such as searches and clicks for your organization’s users.

      1. Scheduled Reports
        1. Clients have access to daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly utilization reports that will be emailed in Excel format to any contacts that they specify.
      2. Reporting API
        1. Clients can pull utilization data on demand for any date criteria they specify via the CrushBank Reporting API.

      Please reach out to support@crushbank.com to get a user created for this API. We will also need to whitelist the IP's you are going to use to connect to this API so please provide those in the ticket you create.
