Automatically prioritize your tickets based on a custom models designed from historical tickets with priority.

CrushBank offers the ability to automatically prioritize your tickets based on a custom models designed from historical tickets with priority.

Configuration is done per service board.  All tickets that hit a configured board with a configured Status will be prioritized according to the model.

  • Default Priority (required): This is what Crushbank sets tickets to if it is unable to prioritize the ticket
  • Statuses (required): On which status(es) should the Prioritizer run
  • Specific Companies (optional, default is all): On which companies' tickets should the Prioritizer run
  • Type (optional, default is all): On which ticket Type classification should the Prioritizer run
  • Source (optional, default is all): On which ticket Source should the Prioritizer run

Permissions

Your ConnectWise API User needs to have the following security module so that we can pull your priorities to build you model:

System -> Table Setup -> Service / Priority (Inquire)
