Summary of New Features in this Release
Hudu Integration
CrushBank has created a managed Hudu integration giving you more control of your integration and what items you want to bring in from Hudu for your data lake.
You can now access the integration within CrushBank admin, similar to the other integrations, and select the items you want to bring in as seen below.
Quick Notes as Documents
CrushBank now extracts the Quick Notes field from your IT Glue company data and creates a searchable document within CrushBank. In our next release, you will have the ability to pin these Quick Note documents for each organization and they will show for their respective company when doing a search in the pod.

Classify Historical Enhancement
CrushBank now offers the ability to select which statuses you want to include when classifying historical tickets.
