New Pod UI Demo
Document Search
This option is ideal for tracking down a particular document or documents to reference in order to solve a particular issue. Instead of the previous Suggestions search, CrushBank now uses AI to extract the relevant concepts / entities related to the ticket you are working on and presents them as suggested topics as seen above. If a user clicks on one of the suggested topics, it will trigger a search with those terms. The user also has the option to search all the suggestions by click the Search all Suggestions link below the topics. Additionally, the user can ignore the suggestion topics and simply add search terms to the search bar and click the search button.
Filters are no longer presented on the search screen but can be accessed from the results page for further filtering. Default filters for document searches include the following:
- Company assigned to ticket
- Global Documents – Documents not assigned to any company.
- Internal Documents – Documents assigned to companies designated as internal
The results are presented in the following format:
Document type tabs are shown along the top and will include the following:
- Configs
- Documents
- Tickets
- Alerts
Users can toggle between the tabs to view top results for each document type. Existing functionality to upvote, apply filters, view pinned documents, sort by relevancy or date, and request documentation all still exist.
Ask Neuro
CrushBank has extended the ability to access Neuro from the pod. Users no longer have to switch to Microsoft Teams or Slack to leverage Neuro. For each ticket a user is working on, he or she will receive suggested questions related to resolving the ticket. If a user clicks on one of the suggested questions, it will populate the Search Bar at the bottom with the question. The user can also ask any question they would like.
Default filters for document searches include the following:
- Company assigned to ticket
- Global Documents – Documents not assigned to any company.
- Internal Documents – Documents assigned to companies designated as internal
- Excludes Teams Files and Chats
