Summary of new features in this release.

Ticket Prioritizer

CrushBank now offers the ability to automatically prioritize your tickets based on a custom models designed from historical tickets with priority.

Configuration as seen above is very similar to the smartClassifier where you configure by service board and then choose your default priority and then the following filters:

  1. Statuses (Required)
  2. Specific Companies (Optional)
  3. Type (Optional)
  4. Source (Optional)

Once configured, simply enable by checking the Enabled checkbox along with the Update External Systems checkbox. All new and updated tickets that meet the filter criteria on the screen above will have their priority updated according to the model.

Permissions

Your ConnectWise API User needs to have the following permissions so that we can pull your priorities to build you model:

System -> Table Setup -> Service / Priority (Inquire)
