      How to setup an OpenID connection with Crushbank

      Step 1: Set up your app in the OpenID Connect Identity Provider

      1. Redirect URI
        1. Standalone CrushBank
          1. https://login.crushbank.com/login/callback
        2. CrushBank within ConnectWise Manage
          1. https://connectwiselogin.crushbank.com/login/callback
      2. Take note of your client id and client secret as we will need it to setup the connection on the Crushbank side.

      If you are using the CrushBank Pod within ConnectWise you will need to do this twice, one for the Pod and one for the Standalone

      Step 2: Open a ticket with Crushbank to setup OpenID connection

      1. Send an email to support@crushbank.com and include the following information.
        1. Issuer URL - The url of your OpenID Identity Provider. (eg. https://crushbank.okta.com)
        2. ClientID
        3. Client Secret

      Step 3: Test your connection

      1. Once we process your request and setup the connection on our end, we will setup a call with you to walk through the SSO integration and test.
