Outlines the new features released in CrushBank on this date.

This release includes the following new features. Click on one of them to learn more or simply scroll down to see all of them.

  1. New Version of Ask
  2. E-Automate Integration
  3. Resolve Changes
  4. IT Glue Integration Changes

New Version of Ask

CrushBank has launched a new version of Ask. As of the 06/21/2021 release, users will have the option to transition to the new version with a call out in the upper right of the home screen as seen below.

The call out will ask the user if they would like to try the latest version of Ask. If they click the blue Go button in the callout, they will be redirected to the new Ask and it will become their default home page. The new Ask home page will look like the page below and will temporarily provide and option to default back to the old Ask version.

If you as a Company Admin want to permanently change to the new version of Ask and not allow your users to choose, send an email to support@crushbank.com requesting to do so. 

The new Ask results page will look appear like the screenshot below. Document types are now all combined into the result set and are no longer grouped by tabs as they were in the old Ask.

The filters have moved to the left side of the screen as seen above.

E-Automate Integration

CrushBank has added an integration with E-Automate. To enable this integration as a Company Admin, go to Admin link on the top nav bar and click on the Add New Integration button. You will get a popup with a list of options and select the one for E-Automate.

Next you will be brought to a screen where you can enter your E-Automate integration details as seen below.

Fill in the required fields and click the Save button to get your integration up and running.

Resolve Changes within ConnectWise

With this release, we have made the following changes to Resolve module within ConnectWise:

  1. When opening a ticket, Resolve will offer suggestions filtered by the company assigned to the ticket. Up until this release, only configs and documents where filtered by company but now tickets will be filtered as well.
  2. By default, Use Suggestions slider will be enabled when you open a ticket. Any additional search term you search against will further filter the suggestions. If you do not want to search against the suggestions, slide the Use Suggestions toggle to off and then run your search.

  3. The Crushbank header has been changed to accommodate for more screen space and a better look and feel as seen in the image above.

IT Glue Integration Changes

As of this release, you can now import IT Glue data without any date cutoff. Simply check the box as seen below to not have a cutoff from your IT Glue content integration.
