How to setup the CrushBank Pod within Halo

Pod Configuration

1. Configuration -> Custom Objects -> Custom Tabs

   2. Click the New button in the upper right.
   3. 
   4. Set Type to iFrame
   5. For the URL, reach out to support@crushbank.com or the onboarding member you are working with.
   6. Save.
2. To make sure the Pod is added to all Ticket Types you use go to Configuration> Tickets> Ticket Types
   1. Click on the Ticket Type you want to use the CrushBank Pod on
   2. Click Allowed Values
   3. Scroll down to under Custom Tabs
      1. If this is set to Allow all Custom tabs you are all set
      2. If not, edit and select CrushBank as an allowed Tab
3. Once configured you will see the tab when you go to a ticket.
