Summary of new features in this release

Ability to turn Use Suggestions off by default

CrushBank now allows admins to configure whether Use Suggestions is enabled by default after conducting a search in the ConnectWise pod. When enabled, typing in a search after the initial search which still base the search off the original ticket. When disabled, a new search will be completely independent of the ticket you are on.

To enable / disable...

Click on Admin and on the company page you will see the toggle on the right hand side.
