Alert Management
CrushBank now offers the ability to separate your CW alerts from your tickets for better search results. As a CrushBank Admin, you will see a link in the admin section called Manage Alerts. When you click on Manage Alerts, you will see your tickets aggregated by Create By user. Simply check the Create By users that are tied to your alerts and click the save button.
There is a new tile in the Tile View that will show your alerts and the Ticket tile will remove all ticket alerts.
This will also remove your alert tickets from Insight!
