Custom Models for SmartClassifier
Crushbank clients now have the ability to utilize custom models based off their existing tickets to automatically classify their type / subtype / items configurations. Currently clients have the ability to use our standard IT Service model template to auto classify their tickets. However, if your organization wants to keep their existing type / subtype / item configuration, Crushbank can now accommodate that. In addition to the current Stack Exchange documentation, CrushBank is adding Microsoft Docs to its public documentation, available to all clients. The tile for Stack Exchange was renamed to Public and will now include both Stack Exchange and Microsoft Docs. CrushBank will continue to add public documentation data sources within this tile, giving your technicians a wealth of data at their fingertips to troubleshoot issues.
