Documentation Request - Neuro
Neuro now provides the same functionality found within the CrushBank web app that allows users to request documentation if the search does not provide an adequate answer.
When the user clicks the Request Documentation button seen above, an additional dialogue will appear allowing the user to enter comments regarding the documentation request as seen below.
Once submitted, the user will be prompted with a confirmation message as seen below and CrushBank will process the request based on your configured Request Documentation Workflow in CrushBank admin and open a ticket in CW accordingly.
Neuro Search Improvement
This release features various backend search enhancements aimed at improving the quality of the Neuro search results. These include the following:
- Synonyms - Client can now include a synonym expansion list in their Neuro configuration allowing for better coverage when running a search. For example, you can add a synonym pair of POC and Point of Contact so that when you run a search asking for the POC, it will also include Point of Contact. Please work with your account manager to get your list of synonyms setup.
- Company Extraction - CrushBank Neuro now extracts the company in any search request and ensures that only results related to that particular company return in your answer.
ConnectWise Project Tickets
CrushBank now offers the ability to ingest Project Tickets into your data collection.
Project tickets are separated into their own tile to separate them from standard tickets and also have their own filter under document type.
Sharepoint Integration Enhancement
CrushBank now offers the ability to assign an entire SharePoint Collection integration to one particular client.
Executive Summary for User Activity Reports
Your daily / weekly usage reports now include an executive summary in PDF format giving you a breakdown of activity for the specified time period.
