SmileBack Onboarding Documentation

  1. Login to your SmileBack account
  2. Hover over the hamburger menu and navigate to Account > Users
  3. Create a new user account that has access to API credentials
  4. Login to the new user account
  5. Then navigate to Account > API Credentials
      
      

  6. Send the following information in an encrypted email to your CrushBank team member:
      1. Username (of the new user you created)
      2. Password (of the new user you created)
      3. Client ID
      4. Client Secret
