Company Filter for Ticket Classifier
CrushBank admin users now have the ability to specify only certain companies when configuring the Ticket Classifier. You can find this option in the Ticket Classifier configuration screen as seen below.
Ability to See Active Service Boards on Ticket Classifier
CrushBank admins now have the ability to see which service boards have Ticket Classification enabled. The service board drop down menu in the Ticket Classifier configuration screen will show all active service boards in blue as seen below.
Ability to Sort by Creation Date on Search Results
CrushBank users now have the ability to sort by creation date along with relevancy when viewing search results. The default when running a search will always be relevancy but the user then has the option to sort from oldest to newest or newest to oldest using the sort drop down menu as seen below:
Alert Filter Enhancements
The alerts filter in the list view has moved within the Document Type heading of the filters panel. This gives you the ability to just see alerts and not include tickets. Furthermore, you can now click the Alerts tile header on tile view which takes you to the corresponding filtered list view page showing you only alerts.
