Internal Company

CrushBank allows you to select your internal company from your integrations. When you select your internal company, any search against a non internal company will also return results from your internal company (this allows you to bring back results that aren't associated to the company associated to the ticket you are on). To specify your internal companies, click on Admin and then scroll down the the bottom and you will see a drop down box for Internal Company. Select the companies that are internal and then click the save button.
