How do I talk to Orchestrate?
Orchestrate is CrushBank's AI chatbot. Think of it as a research librarian ... ask it a question and it retrieves an answer from the documents, configurations, and tickets your company has ingested into CrushBank.
Question Flow
- Ask a good question in Orchestrate, which starts by querying your Data Lakehouse. If you ask a good question and the answer exists in your data, Orchestrate will bring that back for you.
- Example: “How do I install Quickbooks for Company A?”
- Example: "How many tickets did BOB close last month"
- Example: "How do I configure a VPN at XYZ corp"
- Example: "How much did we charge ABC corp last month"
- Orchestrate may give you a follow up question, don't be frustrated this is just ensuring accuracy with Proper Nouns. Understand some words could be a company and a product etc. If the word exists in multiple places ensuring accuracy is very important
- Ask a follow-up question or request a different format. Orchestrate remembers your history of questions (until you click “New Topic”). In the "POD" or the web version you can access history as well from previous questions.
- Example: "can you put that in a list"
- Always remember to start a new question after clicking "start a new topic"
Ask Good Questions
It’s very important to ask Orchestrate well-formed questions. You’ll get a far better answer than if you try to use Orchestrate as a keyword search. If you asked for help with a technical issue from someone at your company, you wouldn’t simply say “firewall IP address”. The other person wouldn’t know what you were talking about! However, if you asked “What’s the IP address of the WAN port on the Company A firewall”, your colleague would understand you. Orchestrate works the same way.
Also, only ask one question at a time! If you want to ask two questions, ask one and then a follow-up using multi-turn.
What Not To Ask:
- With Orchestrate it will not be able to formulate off multiple queries. ie tell me how productive my service team was last month? This type of question requires knowledge from multiple sources and would have to query all of them and do math between all of them based on information it may not even have.
Get Support / Give Feedback
Orchestrate is always learning, and can be improved! Please send your feedback or issues to support@crushbank.com.
- If Orchestrate doesn't give you an answer you expect but you know the data is in your repositories, include a screenshot of your question with Orchestrate's response, the URL to the target documentation, and a screenshot of that documentation. Do the same if the answer is blatantly wrong.
- If Orchestrate can't answer a question you ask but you would like it to be able to, please send the details of your question and where it would find the information.
